We use the information collected to: (a) provide and operate the Service; (b) send transactional communications such as plan renewal reminders; (c) respond to support requests; (d) improve platform features based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not use your business data for advertising.
Your data is stored on servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. We do not store payment card details — payments are processed by certified third-party providers.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
All business data you enter — including inventory, transactions, staff records, and financial entries — belongs exclusively to you. We act only as a data processor. You can export your data at any time from within the platform.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.
The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
