By accessing or using the Sorax platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators and staff members.
Sorax provides a cloud-based business management platform covering inventory management, expense tracking, payroll processing, ledger management, and reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Access to the Service requires an active subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation; (d) resell or sublicense access without our written consent.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. On termination, your access ceases and your data will be available for export for 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
